Dr. Mike Cameron was born and raised in New Boston, MI. Upon completion of high school, he received a 4 year academic scholarship to Wayne State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in psychology.  Dr. Cameron was then accepted to National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL where he earned a second Bachelor of Science degree majoring in human biology and graduated, as class president, with a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine.

Education has always been a priority for Dr. Cameron. Besides treating a patient's problem, he teaches them how it happened in the first place as well as what can be done to prevent it in the future. He has expanded this philosophy beyond the clinical setting as well, having taught at various local colleges, and is currently adjunct faculty at National University of Health Sciences, where he is responsible for educating future generations of chiropractors on how to run a successful and ethical clinic in todays economy.
